Called Clinic on a Monday and was seen on Monday. Mandell and his scheduler fit me in on a very busy day and I am so thankful for that. This visit was with Dr Brian Mandel at main campus Cleveland. Your rating scale does not go high enough, as he is excellent. Brian Mandell was more than I could ask for in a health care provider. Dr Mandell was wonderful! So grateful for his expertise, time, and compassion! Mandell was wonderful with listening to me and taking notes on things and discussing options. Dr Mandell always polite and sometimes, including this time comes out of the office to meet me and my family in the waiting room.

Mandell was very empathetic and sympathetic to my issues. Excellent demeanor. Waited about 30 minutes before being seen. Another 20 minute wait before the Dr. Mandell was excellent, but it would have been nice to know of the length of the wait. I would recommend him to any of my friends.
